May our lives grow ever brighter because we know Him – the light of the world. May our experience with God be more than do’s and don’ts but that marked by love.
Like a physical garden, we all have an inner garden. How would you describe your inner garden? Would you say it’s well-tended and one that’s filled with love, joy and peace? Or is your garden overrun with anxiety, confusion, anger, worry and frustration?
I don’t know where to go from here? Maybe you are asking the same question I find myself asking often.
Don’t give up when difficulties come into your life. In this devotion we look at what God says to us who are going through hard times.
Jesus is the hope you have and that hope is an anchor to your soul. He is seated in heaven above all things, and He invites us to His throne of grace. He has said he would never leave you nor forsake you.
There is only one way to get to the destination you want and it’s walking the path you are on today. Don’t grumble and complain but turn your thoughts around and work into the Lord.
When you are stuck in a rut and life’s not going your way how do you respond? Are you living in the shadow of anxiety and failure? Is dispair casting its shadow on you leaving you with feelings of hopelessness? Cast off that yoke of bondage and know the Lord cares. It’s time you start living in the shadow of the Lord.
But then God because of His amazing love stepped in and changed the course of our lives and enabled us to live a new and living way.
Are you finding significance in your life as you go through the routine of daily living? Jesus said He came so that you could have abundant life. Are you living that?
What do you want out of life? Are you following God’s plan for your life? In the Lord, we are able to change our path. It starts with our thoughts.
